Auditing is a means of evaluating the effectiveness of a company’s internal processes and controls. Periodic WHS, Environment and Quality Audits are carried out to ensure businesses are:
Conforming to planned arrangements;
Meeting the requirements of the relevant Australian Standard(s) and Legislative Requirements;
Implementing and maintaining internal processes and documenting properly;
Communicating internal processes and documentation to all workers
Audits will assess the performance of a specified activity, operation or facility. The audit assesses performance by checking the use of procedures and other documentation such as reporting incidents, hazards, and progress of action plans and training.
By commissioning Zero Exposure Solutions to complete these audits, you have a qualified auditor with over 20 years of experience auditing in the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance areas.
The process for these audits is we conduct on site audit/s of WHS and/or Environment and/or Quality Management System documentation against relevant Australian Standard. After completion you will receive a verbal summary of the findings. Within a week, a documented report covering non-compliances, areas for improvement and suggested corrective actions will be provided for your review.
